I'm coming from XP.. completely skipped vista.. Does anybody have some good references for customizations, shortcuts, etc so I can learn my way around? Preacher March 13, 2010 Share Preacher Member March 13, 2010 Forgive Stutters he's an apple guy and google is the only site he knows. Honestly I don't really tweak anything with windows 7. Def. take a look at the gagdets. I have mostly monitoring type ones. CPUs, RAM, HDD, Network traffic, weather. Maybe setup a thread on the gadgets we use? Make sure you have indexing setup. I <3 the new search bar on the start menu. You just start typing w/e you are looking for and it will search the index for it. Emails, Applications, Files.
