Members "Pick-up" Game Friday 11/13/15 9:00 PM EST Server 1

Try to be in server earlier, or you may not get a spot (this was a popular game last week)

Remember it is SERVER 1

 

Two captains will be chosen

Captains will quickly choose teams

First pick will be for 1 person, all subsequent picks will be 2 people at a time

If players are not picked, they can stay in spec and join if someone leaves

If you get disconnected during the picking process, we will make every effort to get you back in

 

Notes to myself and other admins to make this quick and smooth

- make sure non-members are not holding spots, if the server is full and members trying to get in

- don't leave people in spec (because they get kicked), admins can stay in spec, if all members
- make sure the captains know the order before starting (first captain gets 1 pick, but after that each time captain picks 2)
- have an admin ready to handle swaps as picks are made
- have someone write down picks as they are made and yell out when next captain's turn
- keep on "all talk" during picking process

Good game was really close at end and at least they called it after map 4, was fun.

I think the daftest moment for me in this whole thing was that I spent the entire Coaster map broadcasting my voice to both teams, so every plan I made for my team, the enemy could hear it... Even though they apparently told me they could hear me, I had no idea until the end of the round
