emmm, can I sorta hijack this post and talk about what I think about ATI drivers in my comp? Ok, then.... When the drivers were 4.x they used to improve my performance with each new 'x' up to 4.12. Then, came the 5.x series and when I installed them they would make my fps drop up to 50% in all games. It was I thought because it somehow uses the extra 128MB out of 256MB, new cards have, more efficiently (I have 9500pro 128MB). Anyway, they just kept coming up with new ones and it was worse and worse. Then, last week I decided to give a new 5.5 a try and, well, sure enough they actually increased my performance over 4.12. This is weird, I wish I knew exactly what they're doing with the new drivers as they come out instead of giving us a false numbers on increased performance... I have hope though in 5.6 and I'll give it a try as soon as they're out.

Yeah, since shep brought it, up I think 200 kills limit would be the best solution.

Who cares? I don't think that should describe gc's attitude toward that. Because those aimbotters only come to get a rank on the server and leave. All I see from them is killing 50 ppl and then type 'rank' in the chat. So even if you ban them, their mission is accomplished?! What's the point? I know though if it's a manual thing then it's a hassle, that's why I was wondering if it is or not.

I was just checking West Coast Server stats, but it really should apply to all servers. I noticed that »Þқ«~~IwillKillYOU~~ is ranked who obviously was a hackers. So, I was wondering if there's a thing to keep that from happening, as you ban it automatically erases all the stats for that person. Or is it a manual thing and someone has to erase it one by one?

Before I even played it.... Just checked out the overview and screens. Bomb sites look way too close to each other, otherwise looks pretty but I doubt it's gonna be good. I'll try it later today when I get back home and give you the 'After I played it...'

Ok, before I had an MX518 mouse I used a normal Microsoft ballmouse. I didn't have much trouble with it as because I didn't know better. Some of the issues were: not being able to move the crosshair EXACTLY where I wanted and I just didn't like the design of it (made my hand hurt after a day of CSS). BTW, my setting on mouse sensitivity was 15.0 with this mouse. I got my MX518 around half a month ago. I tell you right away, it was hard to get used to it, but I noticed a big improvement. I used it at 800 dpi at first because I thought 1600 was too much. Then, I moved up to 1200 dpi... 2 weeks went by... Now I use it at full 1600 dpi, 800 for short range and 400 for sniping (which I usually don't do). My mouse sensitivity right now is set to 6.5 and I just pawn people. And oh yeah, I have the FUNC mouse pad which REALLY helps also.

Storm should go. It feels like it's much easier for T's to operate. Unless all of the CTs camp both bombsites they don't stand a chance. Otherwise, I'm not a big fan of the feel of the map, the dark places and easy angles for campers. 3rdstreet is fun, I can't say I would't vote it off over a better map though. I like the unusual environment that this map has (walking in the buildings, train, playground ). I still don't get my usual K:D ratio here, but it doesn't matter.

Ok, here we go, in this thread just one at a time post whatever you love about playing on gc servers and SCOPELESS in particular. I love watching DuckofDeath knife ya (me)...

I remember when I just got CSS (November I think it was) and I was just looking for servers which pings were lower than 50 and would put them to my favorites list. scopeless was one of these servers, for some reason stock never got less than 50 here. Anyway, I'd play on many different servers and on some swearing would be so bad as to people just made up swear words each new time they'd get killed...that was hilarious for a while tho. Also, that server Matrix Reloaded or something, each time I'd kill an admin or their member I'd get slayed.... what a losers. Well, now I only have 3 GC servers in my favs, and only play somewhere else if all of them are full. Yeah, I know I gotta get a .gc but give it a few more weeks (months?)...
