Get on google and look up refresh lock. It will force CS to play at the same refresh rate as your desktop. Thats one of the NT/2000/XP problems, but that works really well for me.

1983 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 4WD Just dropped in a 350cid V8(carburated of course) Turbo 350 Tanny (21,000 miles on new tranny) Just rolled over 1,000 miles on the engine(w00t now i can go over 55) Entire body has been replace except for the cab and doors. The frame has 115,000 miles on the frame. Bast dang truck ever. Short of driving it off a cliff you cant break it. Theyll nickel and dime ya to death though. Engines arent cheap.

Yeah I read about that car in Popular Mechanics(great magazine). It doesnt look fast but its got like a V12 in it. Also comes with a big pricetag.

I had a 256mb ddr stick only recognize 128mb. That was after a year and a half of use. It would work but i would tend to get blue screens frequently. You might have a dead stick. Take it back, or try someone elses 512 mb stick.

Does your card use detonator drivers?...i thought all nvidia products did. Try looking for updated detonator drivers.

Try downloading the boot disk program that lets you install via ftp. No need to worry about isos.
