p2000 is awful. I have been watching several of the ESEA competitive matches and most all of them buy p250s over the p2000 and some even buy it over the glock. After watching those matches it tells you how broken the starting pistols are because every match I have watched the terrorists basically win 3-0 every time until CTs can buy guns.

For anyone who has a cat or lived with one, you will find this entertaining (although you probably have already seen it).

I have talked to mohawk and he didn't realize it was a sports game only coupon. I would prefer to give it to a gc regular before someone I don't know. I will keep it up open for the next few days to see if a regular wants its. If no regular wants it, I will give it to either ironiciconicme or another non-gc person who contacted me earlier through email about it.

What are you doing playing that game! On a side note doesn't that game have lots of problems? Looked at buying it recently since it is a zombie game and couldn't find any good reviews from critics or players.

What I would like to see is 5v5 within GC community matches. I think the 5v5 does lend to some fun gameplay but the most annoying thing about it is getting stuck playing people from Brazil with a 225 ping. Plus the matchmaking seems sometimes very skewed with its ranking system. Obivously GC has a pretty diverse base of players based on skill level but everyone knows everyone elses skill fairly accurately. Obivously there would have to be some fairness in balancing teams (an all xt team wouldn't find too much competition for example) but I still enjoy playing with people in the community rather than random people (50% who are jerks). Although I don't find it as important, I know there are many people who like stats, and the competitive match making provides that to them. I myself wouldn't mind playing in the server, but I still see myself playing 5v5 too. It is a major issue though because think of how many of us first exposure to gc came through the pub. I know mine did and I imagine many others were as well. It is a source of lifeblood for the community to get new players. 5v5 doesn't provide that. L4D2 server is successfully growing the community currently (at least until L4D3 comes out...who knows what changes that will have in store for that game).

Yeah Fish I have Dunwich, Kingsport, and the King in Yellow expansions. The first two are big box expansions and the last one is a small box.

I can bring that no problem, it is up to 8 players.

I just started playing some 5v5 and agree it is fun, however the only time people are on the gc server is for Saturday night customs and I don't think 5v5 is going to go away anytime soon.

I voted yes but was on the fence as I agree with many others that AWPs don't seem as big of an issue in GO as they were in Source. However I have not played GO nearly as much as I did Source so I wouldn't be surprised if it is abused on pubs.

I am curious, do we know how many people attended the last Fragfest in 2011?

I do remember my friends having that same critique of the game now that you mention it Voodoo. My friends and I are all classic rpg fans and that does seem to make no sense to me, at least less sense than the conventional method that you pointed out. Someday I may pick up D3 on the cheap once I have played through the backlog of my other games but since it isn't available on Steam I will be less likely to remember it down the road.

Yeah I could see wehere that be a major problie if the useable requirements were basically random and/or didn't make sense for the majority of character builds.

Even though I was a huge D2 fan, I never bought Diablo 3. Most of my friends did and said it was ok but nothing special and stopped playing it after a month or two. I still play titanquest IT since it is basically a D2 clone but better. So how does Blizzard screw up franchises like SC or Diablo when they should have blockbusters? What are your guys verdict on D3? I see Nightling must not have been a big fan of it.

Yeah I had the same complaint and I was told apparently everyone is playing 5v5 matches instead etc. The only time people are on the server anymore seems to be for custom night.

I assume you are talking about Shaft....he is already coming. In all seriousness though I do hope more people sign up soon because it appeared that support for it was really high. In addition all the xt guys are coming which I never thought would happen. If more people don't sign up we will only have four 6 man teams for CS not including gl and discom (they each get to be their own individual team at this point). I predict it will be Team gl vs. Team discom in the final this year ,one vs. one in person, how is that not worth the price of admission alone?

I understand that he had to be traded but how could Boston have not offered better? It sounds like they simply let him pick Pittsburgh over Boston from the articles I have read, regardless of what each team was offering.
