hey cujo, hows the g5 in source? i have the g5 but not hooked up yet. do u use the cartridge at all? and have u tried using it w/out the cartridge? sorry 2 many questions, im a lil anxious about the mouse, i still havent taken it out of the box yet. it seems like its succeptible to dirt n dust since its so open at the bottom.

I also just got a new monitor, i got a Dell 19" inch LCD w/ 800:1 contrast ratio. i purchased it for 299.00 but w/ taxes it came out to 317. And i was surprised it took 'emonly 2 days to deliver. i think lifting light wont hurt the kid...like 15-20 reps of real light weight... like CAMPBELL soup cans!!!! and start carrying the groceries for ur mom...thats what i did when iwas small lol..

u should goto sears ...they got some decent ones there for like 200-300 bux ..thats where my mom got 1..i suggest lookin at it in person and maybe test it out.

i have 17.5 arms and im 6 feet ..205 lbs ..bench over 370 lbs.i ve been lifting heavy all my life..in my case lifting heavy is good. with arms u can actually get away w/ it doing it twice a week since it only needs 24 hrs to recuperate.. try to go heavy 1 day and semi light the next time u do them. when i say heavy 6-failure reps. 3 exercises biceps and tri's. just my 2 cents
