Well it wasn't the finale, we were on the 2nd map of Death Toll, yes it was unbalanced. You seem sorry for what you did, my only issue and pause on unbanning is that you swore, a member said to you "I can report you for swearing" and not 2 seconds later you swore again, then you swore again which you got kicked by the auto-kick system, BUT then you came right back in after the auto-kick and the first thing you did was swear. I'll unban you BUT if you swear like this again, (per Jackie) because you have been on the server long enough and this isn't the first time you've done it, just happened to be the first time an admin caught you, it's going to be a perma-ban. Just because you think no admins are on doesn't mean it's a free for all party house to break the rules.

So this will be censored so it might read funny but seriously, I have to just let it out. As most of you know at the end of December Tirtul's father passed away. Well he left everything (almost all) in a trust with a trustee (his sister Barbara). I had met her before and she seemed like a nice lady. But then everything changed from the beginning to as I sit before you today and vent the anger that is boiling inside of me. One day Barbara told us we had 6 weeks to clean out Tirtul's father's home. Fair time, we can go at a medium pace and get things done. And then one day out of the blue she e-mailed Tirtul and his brother that they had one week, before the liquidator would be out. And no we couldn't store it in the nice storage shed his father had built and put a lock on it, and say "Nothing goes in here", no no no. We had to pay for a storage locker to hold all of OUR stuff we get from him, Tirtul's brother has a house so he was able to put a majority of the items he got into his home. Now on the day the liquidator came out, and mind you being told by Barbara "Nothing can be left in any rooms per the LIQUIDATOR's own words" come to find out as the Liquidator stood in front of the greenhouse (that was loaded with garbage we hadn't hauled off yet) she says "Oh we will just put a sign up that says "nothing for sale in here". OH REALLY! You MEAN TO TELL ME THAT WE can KEEP stuff on the property that IS NOT being sold, because we were TOLD that that's not allowed. OH And as we are talking she says to Barbara "You guys can just haul this off after the sale." AFTER! 10 mins later Tirtul's brother walks in, and as we are looking at all the stuff that is left, Barbara says to him "The Liquidator said all the trash in the greenhouse has to be gone before the sale" I'm sorry WHAT! Are you even listening to anyone, I mean are just making poop UP! oh my. So fast forward. Our apartment (we live on the property above the garage), looks like a hoarder lives here. There are so many boxes, because the storage locker is FULL!. So I called the Realtor (Which Barbara said would be handling it from here), I called him and asked if we could store stuff in the shed BECAUSE it would look nicer, because right now the state of the apartment is pretty bad visual wise, and I want it to look nice when buyers come to see it. Well, he says 'you have to ask Barbara". So i say "truck it" I will just buy Tirtul and I another storage unit. Not worth talking to her. Now Feb 18th, Barbara leaves a message for Tirtul stating she needs to talk to him about a change in the trust. Well that's no big deal. He calls her, to be told "You have 60 days to move out because it's playing favoritism to you because your brother doesn't live there. Well no trucking poop, HE HAS HIS OWN HOUSE! And he could give 2 trucking poops, he doesn't care. Now mind you just a bit of hodge podge. Tirtul is getting a nice lump sum of money in 3 weeks from his fathers IRA, BUT we had already planned on using it for clearing our debt, setting aside half for taxes "just in case", and holding the rest as a safety net, (and new computers LOL). Also, Tirtul, Barbara and the Realtor already discussed it being okay for us to live on the property until it sold. WITH NO complaint or issue from his brother. So Tirtul sends her a not so nice e-mail last night about not being okay with this 60 day notice. To which she responds "Well you are getting the IRA won't that be enough to get you moved and an apartment" WHO THE truck ARE YOU witch! Honestly, HOW truckING DARE YOU SAY wth THEY USE THE MONEY FOR! IT SURE AS poop WASN'T FOR A truckING APARTMENT. NO WE wanted to BUY A MOTHER truckING HOUSE. AND WHY ARE YOU CREATING ISSUES WHEN THERE ARE NONE. Favoritism. WHO THE truck SAID TIRTUL WAS BEING FAVORITISMED! NO ONE! He's BROTHER DOESN"T truckING CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my I"M SO MAD RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alright breathe that's my rant.

Kazya, you aren't listening at all. Just like in game. I have said it wasn't just ONE smoker, their WHOLE team was attacking the back. I had smokers/chargers/boomers trying to prevent us from even getting back up to help Maestro. There is no personal agenda here. It is simple the fact that you refused to come back and help, and then when asked you laughed. You seem to think we are just out to get you. You have broken the rules more than once, and yet you seem to think that you have done nothing wrong.

Kazya if you were back helping you would know there whole team was back there attacking us. MPG went to help someone who ended up leaving him, and we attempted to get back to save him. You have a bad habit of telling your teammates to Rush even when we say not to (not what happened today). But the fact that you just laughed and found it funny that your team needed help in back. I think the ban should stay, again it's up to MPG, but you were not just a little upfront, you were all the way down, while some of the team was in the middle spot, and only 2-3 of us were trying to help.

Kazya you were rushing. Our team was in the back struggling and you were upfront (well down the escalators in No mercy (map 2)). We asked people to come back and you just laughed over mic. I'll let MPG decide if he wants to unban you but you do have a habit of rushing and not listening to your teammates or admins. You have 5 bans on record.

When someone ask "can we skip this" the admins should ask over chat if people want, if a few people say no they don't there shouldn't be a vote put up. If no one objects then a vote can be put up. But I do think if you play one half the other half should be played. Once in a while everyone is like can we just move on, and that's fine, like both sides. But yes if you guys are really opposed to it say so. If one person says skip we won't do a vote. If one person says no don't skip we will put up a vote. BUT if a lot of people are saying skip, and a lot aren't we aren't going to vote. I know that seems odd, but honestly, on a half round we should be playing those out, unless like I said everyone is like "skip it" (which does happen on occasions). I'm really tired and rambling. My 2 cents.

So I know this might seem odd but I was wondering if anyone in gc has had a family member pass where you brought in a liquidator. I ask because of the following: Our trustee is saying they take anything not bolted down so all the things on their list has to be taken out. I mean maybe I'm confused but is like no one allowed in there? I mean we can't even keep the washer and dryer. We can't store stuff in the shed and lock it either. To me this seems shady and wrong. Please advice help! Ps I'll explain more later just had a minute to vent my serious annoyance.

Not to get off topic well I guess this is sorta on. He was perma banned for calling his team f****ing noobs, and this was after being kicked for bot spamming and continuing even after asked to not he was told to stop. Had he just bot spammed I would have just given him a 15 min.

I just noticed the other day it was missing. I know Maestro made his spray one, but we can see if Jackie or Crasx can put it back in there.

Did you understand all the server rules on the first day, and if no one helped you or explained, Would you have stayed? When you asked about the !buy or !heal or people explained and got mad at you, would you have stayed? What if admins kicked you when you were new because regulars said you were greifing or trolling or wouldn't use points or send points? Would you still be here? What if members made comments about how you played or insulted you, and you remained quiet, would you stay if an admin or other people didn't defend you and tell them to stop? What if members didn't come save you because you were new, and said "Just leave him, who cares?" Would you have stayed? What if admins also yelled at you for being new because other members did it? Would you stay? In all honesty, if you were brand new to the server and people treated you badly, threatened to kick you, admins threatened to ban you, all because you were new, would you have stayed? If you say you wouldn't think about the things you guys have been doing lately to the wave of new players we have. Sure some people are trolls, rushers, curers, but we as admins deal with it. In all honestly, you guys have to stop all this mean attitudes and hurtful comments. You guys have to realize these things: 1) You could have 1 hour or 10000 hours in l4d2, you are welcome in GC. 2) You don't have to have a mic to play on the GC server. Sure it helps but it's okay if you don't. 3) Some people don't communicate, they just want to shoot and follow the team, and that's okay on the GC server. 4) You don't have to spit and die, on the GC server. 5) You deserve to have your teammates make just as much effort for that guy with 1 hour as they would for that powerhouse member they would save, on the GC Server. 6) You have a right to play on the GC Server and not be insulted by anyone be it non-member, member, or admin. 7) You have a right to make mistakes and not feel bad about on the GC Server. 8) It's okay if you are not perfect on the GC Server. It's okay to have moments of frustration, but it also is GC to make it right. Admins make mistakes, members make mistakes, new players make mistakes. That's okay. Sometimes we let a swear slip, or rush a little further then expected, sometimes we let a heated moment get the best of us, and that's okay on GC. But when moments turn into non-stop or constants it's not okay. Just remember you were new once, and had people treated you the way some of you treat people now you probably wouldn't have stayed, and you most defiantly wouldn't have bought a membership. So think about that next time you want to insult someone, call them a noob, say ditch him, or ask "can we kick them". Because people even online have feelings and GC is an amazing community that is here to make sure people have fun, smile, laugh, joke with one another, and walk away not feeling sad or hurt. I've made mistakes, I haven't always been the most pleasant or nicest person to everyone, and while some people I can't make it up too for whatever the reason, I pay it forward. Trying to make sure that I don't repeat those mistakes and others don't either. You can't always go back an apologizes or fix it, but what we all can do is move forward, have fun, play nice, and only insult the ones we love, respect the ones who are new, and remove the ones who don't want to be GC. Hussan this is the last time I'm going to reply. It was 15 mins. I saw you run from the elevator and stay at the bridge and I waited to see if you'd help your team it wasn't an instant decision. I never said you were a noob or had to play like me. Not helping your team is unacceptable and that's what I saw. Also, next time there's an admin on your team and somebody is being a pain they can handle it.

Hussan, I could have asked Merc to ask you why you weren't helping your team, but I figured since you are a member and have been playing long enough, you would know it's unacceptable to completely disregard your teammates and go sit by the bridge and do nothing. Sure you can send a point or 2, but you had teammates being jockeyed and charged, and 4/5 incapped, you didn't attempt to help anyone. I except more out of our members than to just sit there and do nothing and not help at all. I did however only give you a 15min ban since you are a member. I shouldn't have to tell an admin on your team to tell you to help your team, and I shouldn't have to tell you to help your team.

Hussan I watched you guys come down in the elevator, 4/5 people were incapped, and you went straight over to the bridge and just sit there and didn't help. You had teammates who were trying to help and got jockeyed and charged, and you didn't leave that spot at all. So i banned you for not helping your team. You had asked us to skip, and people wanted to play it, we had already played one half, we weren't going to skip the other half when people wanted to play. From what I saw you just flat out didn't care. You didn't try to help anyone, pick anyone up, or go save anyone. You went straight over to the bridge and sit there and ignored your team. And after the comments you had made about it being unfair to skip, and this and that, I assumed you were just griefing, so I gave you a 15min ban. It's already expired. There was zero reason for you to just sit over by the bridge and not help in anyway. I stand by my decision, and like I said the ban is already expired, it was 15mins.

Oh it is funny Marvin, I saw it the other day, just want it to go away haha. And Tainted, I know it's hard to figure out what to do. I just wish people focused that energy that they put into making this petition and getting people to sign it, like take all that and put it into the real life problems this world is having, if that makes sense.

This is so dumb. I mean yeah he's a stupid kid making bad choices, but how many celebrities are doing this. We have the Kardashians, Lindsey Lohan, Amanda Byes, Paris Hilton, please people act like this is the first celebrity to act so stupid and just make bad bad bad choices. I think someone needs to whoop his butt like he was a little kid and tell him to shape up, idk maybe his parents. But seriously this is so far out of hand. So many other world problems and this is a petition people care about. Please people need to wake up. This is what's wrong with the U.S. we spend more time trying to get rid of celebrities or being so involved in them and what they are doing. Like this is a real problem. Sorry starving children, sorry kids being abused by parents, sorry homeless people, sorry people dealing with real life problems, we got this musician that we need to focus all of our attention on above all other things.

I have to say there are good points both ways but really I don't see a need for a change in points. Just as we have really good hunters, we also have some really good skeeters. With classes like Spitters and Chargers, you get good combos pretty much anywhere and you can get some decent points, inside/outside they don't really have a set location. With hunters you have them in open areas, which in some maps is a lot and in others not so much. Hunter isn't easy. Now I am far from even a "decent" hunter, but when I finally do manage to land a pounce, that 12 points, for a 25 doesn't seem like a bad balance. Yeah we got some good players who can get sky diver easy, but it's learning to melee, and watch the skys, just like with boomers. I mean there was a time that Gotyour6 and Badguy and them would always get stomache acid. And we all know that was 45 points, plus you can imagine they got probably a hit in or just a few extra from another class. But people learned, they watched the skies, and boomers are getting shot out of the air. I don't see how the same can't be done with hunters. Plus it's a tough class imo, and if teams worked together and watch the skies, and make it a point to shoot them out of the air, I see it balancing out. No really need to drop the points down.
