    Going for a stress test, and went to sleep nice and early so that I could be well rested for it. Of course what happens? I cannot sleep the entire night.

      Amazingly smooth. Despite my complete lack of sleep, I think all of my exercise and weight loss really helped. I won't know the results of the test till next week, but they said my EKG looked fine while doing it.

    Just had a really big scare. Thought I was having a heart attack (luckily I wasn't) and had this song going through my head over and over. The story I heard is that this song was really about Billie Joe Armstrong about his father, who died of cancer when he was ten. I couldn't get my children out of my head thinking they would never see me again.

    I was playing yesterday and was racking up points from a boom on the survivors and the commons were swarming them. I saw that a number of them went incap while boomed from the commons. I thought it might be a nice addition to give some points for an incap while the survivor was boomed, when the incapping hit was done by a common. I see this similarly to the spitter getting points for damage as well as incapping. Also possibly an achievement for incapping survivors in this way. Dumb name, but it gets the point across, "Slippery Banana" achievement, for incapping X survivors.

    Sorry I did not respond to this earlier. I was on vacation and just got back late last night. I do not remember the specifics behind the ban. However, it must have been pretty serious and consistent swearing if I made it a perma ban. If he had come in and asked for the unban and explained about his friend, then I would have been glad to do the unban. However, I will leave this up to the Board Members to decide.

    Happy Father's Day! I spent the day with my family white water rafting. All in all one of the best in the last few years.
