Yes,, I agree. Our community is MUCH more intelligent than most Americans. Although I would expect a bunch of computer nerds like us to score higher than the average 100, the numbers are ASTOUNDING. Take a look here for all of you that scored >140, you plethora of geniuses you! Mensa USA!

my score was almost the exact same as the Waxler test I took in grade school. But DJ is right, these tests are pretty much bullcrap. There is a large margin of people who might not score well who are extremely intelligent.

Good lord, it really looks like I found a good way to make myself feel stupid All that I have gathered about the scale when scoring IQ is that my feeble 135 places me in the top 2 percentile of the US participants in generalized IQ exams. You guys on the other hand must be well into the genius range, congrats?! Edited Comment: A propensity for taking generalized exams helps out quite a bit, or can hurt your score as well!
