The good thing is it appears to be a full bumper system and not just a brush guard. All brush guards do is cause more damage to your car in an accident. With a full bumper replacement you have the structure in place to not blow the front of your truck to pieces in a front-end collision. Can't tell the manufacturer though from the pic.
