The chargers were bought with the system brand new. They haven't given me any problems yet, and I keep them plugged in all the time and there is usually remotes sitting on them most of the time. As far as the rest you can add as you your pocket allows I got extremely lucky with the one I got. I seriously doubt you'll find a deal like that. I hope this helps a little. Enjoy!!

Absolutely Lets go HC. Standard servers are drawing the hackers as it takes a full clip at times to kill someone. Ergo, they use health hacks and so on to give them the advantage and with a standard server, sometimes you can't tell the difference. The games run faster which in turn you get more maps played in HC. If you guys are considering another server, might I suggest one not so large. Say, 20 man at most, as it makes things more competitive and brings the matches to a more rounded skill level. Larger servers tend to bring out the P90's and Saw's as they can just spray and pray and will still get kills. Oh ya, can you guys consider No Marty and No Last Stand. I play on a server with that and I personally enjoy the server better because of it. I don't know if you can take it out without turning the server to Mod. The server I play on scrolls it through console and everyone keeps an eye out. Anyone comes in with it they are asked to turn it off. If not, kick vote is brought up. Just a thought. Is TDM still going to be the only game play on the server?

Brew, my wife had the same situation happening to her. Come to find out it was the ram slots on here mobo. Tested and retested several things, tore down the mobo twice and then decided to check the ram slots one at a time. Found out 2 of the 4 slots were bad and eventually degraded the other 2. It sounds to me like you may have the same problem. Her PC would run just great for a while then as she started to get into her graphics program, she got about 20 minutes out of it and down it went. Not sure if you have a second board handy to check but if not you might want to consider the slots might be bad. Just thought I might throw that out.

Ok, I don't want to make you guys feel bad but I have the following: The system 3 controllers 2 nunchucks 2 game pads 1 steering wheel 2 Nyko charging stations--- and yes, they are worth it. All this except Smash Bros. game was bought from my brother when he closed his gaming store. All for $200 Games: Tiger Woods Golf Wii Sports Wii Play Smash Brothers I think I might go out and buy Mario Kart. You can get more steering wheels from Game Stop for $10. A steering wheel comes with the game. You'll have a lot of fun with this system, it really is pretty fun with the interaction concept. Makes things more fun to play.

I think I'll go pick up another copy today. Already have one copy, bought it yesterday and game stop. I might just go get another one. Apparently I'll have to wait until the 20th to play. I might join you all, just keep things posted here so I know whats going on.

Vandal, take a deep breath and reflect on what took place. Radio flood is annoying and considering the fact that CSS has been out forever, I personally ask, is it necessary. Perhaps we shouldn't always assume that everyone reads the rules of becoming a GC member. That does not change the fact that they are posted in a forum just for that reason. I think you'll find that many GC members and even perhaps admins have been banned from time to time in the early stages of their membership. I myself was banned twice and then decided to become a GC member just because of the community here. Rise above this situation and as Shaftiel stated, calm down put on a better disposition and come back to the servers and have some fun with a great bunch of people. GC is not a dictatorship, its a community that enjoys playing video games and wants to keep those games enjoyable to play. Remember, if they didn't have good admins then no one would want to play here.

FYI--I'm sticking with Penty's review on these kind of games. He plays ALOT of them. If anyone can give you a true to form client review it will be him. The game looks pretty cool and I've been itchin for something new. Not a real big fan of MMO's because I lose interest quickly but this looks like it might be worth a shot. I'll be looking forward to some more info from ya Penty. Wish I could have gotten in on the Beta but I can wait.

I know I'm not an official paying member of GC and all that but I would like to say something regarding this in general. I play on the server almost every time I play COD4. I have noticed the lack of GC members not to mention admins. I know Hell Hound plays from time to time and once in a while I will see a member pop in. I would just like to make a quick observation here. The server runs great, and is always full, however, there is a large lack of admin status and it shows. There are times where the server gets out of control with language and hacks and all around NON-GC-BEHAVIOR. All I am saying is that we come to the GC servers because they get watched often for things like this. To have it happen as often as just I myself see it happen is kind of disappointing. It would be pretty cool to see more GC tags playing more often. I hope I don't sound like I'm just mouthing off, that is not my intention. You guys know me enough to know I'm all for the GC. I just thought I would give a little heads up for the ones in charge. Thanks guys, see you in the pubs.

Kinda like UT3 right Bushwack!!!! So I take it there is no PC version of this game. If it hits record sales, there will be shortly. All the guys who like to hack the game and create funny and cool mods for the PC version will be yelling so they'll realize they can make even more money by releasing it for PC.

The mines just make the map that much longer. I do like the map also, and yes with more people it can get pretty fun. Very popular on The Pub server. I've come across some pretty cool maps on The Pub and some new stuff in Unkle. I'll have to see what I can dig up and I'll put the DL's on my site with a link so you can test em first.

CONGRATS TO ALL YOU GUYS FOR THE GREAT WORK!! If I recall 2nd place on the ladder is a first. Nice job!!!! Don't forget the Nodes!! Taking nodes = taking match!! Pat, I know you like to slap from a distance but remember that leaves the team short handed at times. And 1on1 DM leaves the nodes empty. I've thought about it but I'm not sure if I can take on the commitment for now. Would like to play in a scrim once or twice if you guys ever need the extra hand. I'm trying to get some things together with the family here and might be moving next year so I need to focus on some of that for now. I'll see you guys in the pub and don't count me completely out just yet.

Are the teams that are left still sitcking to some of the rules. Kinda like you have to be on the roster 2 weeks b4 a the initial challenge. Not sure if who's left is really sticking to some of the rules or if they are just kinda winging it. Don't forget demos, server side and client I think. At least thats how it use to be.

You guys should get dark in on this. considering who posted in here, you guys should really do well. What I've seen from you all looks pretty good. Good luck and keep it all posted.

I personally think the location wasn't that great. I don't mean physical location. I think a place like that is a difficult sell if you don't have for instance a large gaming community. I think if it had been closer to a college or some kind of fun park type of thing, I think it would have gone better. Just a note to those of you who may think about starting one. Do an area research, get a good location that is visible to the passer by. And when it comes to starting cost, in my opinion, look at it as a business situation. Look at the big picture on everything and put up a variety of things, not just PC's or just Xbox. Make sure you consider the on going expense of your games. I'll say this, I don't think there is a reserve on them, however, I do know he would like to get around $700 for them. My son has one of them and to be very honest with you guys, it really is pretty fast. I have played every new game that has come out for PC in the last 6 months on it and there is no lag coming from the PC side. Everything runs very smooth on these things. Hope this helps, just trying to get the word out.

I'll go on tonight. Might be kinda fun, been playin Frontlines as of late. I like it, the extra weapons are kinda fun, especially the remote contorl helicopters and mini tanks. See you guys around 8-ish CT

I recently reformatted. I am having a time getting back to your server again, but i'll fix that. What I did notice as I jumped into a different server, they had an automatic PB updater built into their server. I don't remember what server it was but I did notice that PB popped up and stated that it was going to kick me but then right after that it stated that I was auto PB'd. Ok, thats not acutally what it said but you get the Idea. You guys might want to look into it to see if there is such a thing out there, or maybe I just had to much beer and it was making me tired. LOL
