Saw it last night, and I was impressed. Tom Cruise plays an excellent role. I'd give it an 8/10

All i have to say about this movie is. If you value your time, do not watch it. It was the most stupidest, boringesst, lamest movie i've ever seen. Infact i think it is the worst movie i've ever seen

I made myself watch it. What am I missing here? i thought it was AWFUL. 56/100 I gave it some points for the really interesting musical score, the VERY interesting script and a couple points for b00bies and violence

Read the interview at the bottom of the page! Will Ferrel cracks me up. I wish I could get paid millions of dollars to act like an idiot. Instead, all I get is the "what the heck is wrong with you" glare from my girlfriend. Can't wait to see this movie! "Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?"

Hilarious movie, also a great storyline. 8.7/10

i havent laughed that hard in a movie, ever. Funniest movie i have seen since Half Baked. go now and laugh your donkey off the entire movie, GO!

Saw it tonight at 10:30. Usually my "catch up on sleep that I have missed during the week" night, but oh well. It was a good movie. Not quite as good as Bourne Identity, but it was still very good.

Ok i figured i would start something on this. Is there anyone out there that is into asian films, now im not talking anime. If so i figured we could devote a topic to this if enough people watch these. I just got my hands on 2 DVDs that are rare finds they are.... Ichi the Killer (soon to be a banned movie) and The Killer (directed by john woo and starring chow yun fat)

Of course if I was not married, I would never be able to start this thread. Still, for an emotional movie...it was VERY good. I refuse to watch the dumb stupid donkey just-add-water plot cookie cutter chick flicks. But I knew that this would at least be a good story. It was very good. I dont know how to rate it...because it isnt my type of movie. So, for the story and the acting, I give it an 83/100 and that probably includes a 5 point deduction for the total lack of laser guns, rifles, pistols, swords, knives or even brass knuckles.

I love Meg Ryan. She is hot and has always been one of my favorites, just cute as can be haha. Anyways, I get this movie and I have heard horrible things about it. Blockbuster only put 3 copies on the shelf which also speaks bad about the movie. The good news - I was able to watch the entire thing. The bad news, it was barely watchable. The thing that kept me going were the tight, short outfits she was wearing hehe. The acting was pretty bad all around and the movie was so predictable you could turn it off after 20 minutes and say the ending almost word for word. I gave it a 65/100.

just saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind...yeah it was definatly strange. See if you want to be entertained and laugh hysterically...this isn't the kind of movie for you. I guess I'd call this film more a piece of art than a movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it though...Jim Carrey is an AMAZING dramatic actor and he's never recognized for it because he's so funny too. Most people say that Majestic was a good acting job by him...but I think this movie was 10x better...he played the part so well... this film won't be for everyone...but if you like unique films with good acting...it's worth it.

Ok - Went with the wife and kids to see this tonight. It stars Lizzy Mcguire...errr, I mean Hillary Duff. If you have kids then you know of Lizzie McGuire. I am a sap for these types of movies and this one was no exception. It was the classic cinderell story set in modern LA and was quite entertaining. The girls liked it a lot and my wife and I both enjoyed it. If you are looking for a good date movie then this one fits the bill. Or if you just want entertained for 90 minutes, it is worth the admission price. I gave it an 83/100.

So um yea saw it liked it and am still in shock from it....dunno what else to say really. maybe once i hear some other people talk i may say something but um yea.

1) Blade:Trinity Comments: If anyone saw and loved the first two, this is a must see. You can see the trailers at bladetrinity.com i am going to see it the day it comes out *also* Jessica Biel is in it 2)Resident Evil:Apocalypse(sp?) Comments: Looks very good. Takes off from where the first movie ended, and seems very action packed. Going to see that the first day also. Cant wait! I would DEFFIENTELY check out the trailers

Well I just saw that movie tonight at the early screening and I have to say it was a lot better than I was expecting it to be. There is A LOT of comp graphics in the movie from the special effects to the whole city where the movie takes place. They tried to make the movie more personal like spider-man did by making the first half of the movie into the characters' story and the second half into catwoman's story. Pretty good amount of humor and predictable twists, but to conclude, I'd recommend seeing it. 3/4 stars.

when I first saw the previews for this film, I told my friends "if they do this right, it could be one of the greatest sci-fi films ever". Well, that was before I knew that Isaac Asimov actually wrote a book of short stories called..."I, Robot". (the movie is only based off of the book) So yeah, they already had the story then...so basically the acting and the presentation would be the main areas to screw up. Just saw it today...and I gotta say....giving it at LEAST a 9/10...possibly a 9.5 depending upon how I feel seeing it a 2nd time (which I will no doubt do). Will Smith is always an excellent actor in my mind because he can be funny, serious, and pretty much everything you throw at him. The robots in this film were pretty good CGI...as in I rarely had to think about them being CGI...not as good as Gollum, but 10 times better than Jar-Jar Binks. I want to just rave about this film...but I'd give away spoilers... simply put...I believe this movie is DEFINATLY going to be a classic sci-fi...it seemed ALOT about the characters and the storytelling but it still threw in the "cool" scenes and jokes. The movie didn't excite me as much as the Matrix did the first time...but I'd watch this film 10 times before watching the 2nd and 3rd Matrix movies any day. yeah...go see this one

but I'm gonna tonight maybe. What should I rent?
