Anyhow, the BEST way to avoid static discharge is to run your AC nonstop for a day or two, grab a couple of cats and rub them on the carpet. Then wrap the cats in aluminum foil (this will dizzy and disorient them, making it easier to bend them to your will). Be SURE to REwrap the cats in rubber mats (as aluminum CONDUCTS static electricity) and then attach one to your body and the other to the case using duct tape for both. Then go outside with your cats and case and a shovel. Be sure to wear rubber soled shoes. Dig a hole in the ground at least 10 feet deep and then dig sideways from the bottom, hollowing out a tunnel at least 10 feet into the side of the hole. Crawl into the tunnel with the cats, your case, and your new processor (and of course your white lightning and a screwdriver) and a flashlight. Collapse the tunnel behind you by beating on the soil on the roof of the tunnel. You will likely be buried and die during this step, but if you are able to complete the processor transfer and then dig your way out (assuming you arent mauled to death by the cats), your comp will be safe and faster than ever! me = too much time on hands.
