This is great for someone who is still using a 600 T-bird or for someone looking for a decent second system. Not sure how long this will last.

 

Also keep in mind the top FSB speed is 333 on this and the mobo is lacking in features as it is a biostar and a VIA chipset.

duron's are decent for gaming. just look at it this way.

i've been using a semperon 64-bit for about 2 months now and I have no complaints. With the new job hopefully in the horizon ive been pushing off rebuilding my machine with the MB I got back from MSI becuase I might just end up upgrading everything.

Well the Sempron chip's that fit in my socket A mobo, arnt the 64bit ones.. I doubt they would be faster than my athlonXP chip..
