Playaa January 5, 2006 Share Playaa Member January 5, 2006 (edited) I highly recommend learning how to play Pai Gow (the poker version, not the domino one): http://www.pagat.com/partition/paigowp.html It is an excellent game to play with good odds and takes awhile (by that I mean it wastes time...which is good when you want fun but don't want to lose alot of money). Plus, it's an automatic game...meaning the dealer is required to do things and can even tell you how to play...all you do is bet on your hand. Magruter January 5, 2006 Author Share Magruter Member January 5, 2006 Yeah i've heard that too... I'd like to find a free version of that game, so i can practice
Playaa January 5, 2006 Share Playaa Member January 5, 2006 this right here: If the dealer wins one hand and the player wins the other no money changes hands. This is called a "push". is why the game has good odds. You essentially have 2 hands out of 7 cards...and if you win 1 and the dealer wins 1 (which happens alot) you lose no money and gain no money. YoMamma January 6, 2006 Share YoMamma Member January 6, 2006 Vegas is a cool city. If you want to do something rather then gamble, you can just walk down the strip and be entertained at all the cool looking hotels. It's fun to just go into the different hotels and see how amazing they look inside. Also Hover dam is fairly close to Vegas if you want to visit that. There are always shows to watch in the hotels. Also there is a roller coaster and a few other fun rides on top of The Stratosphere. But, if you're really cheap you can look here for some Free Fun

I'm thinking cheap.. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Call me lame, but I enjoy Vegas mostly for the great shows and food. Gambling is a guaranteed way to blow loads of money in short amounts of time. My best luck is on Blackjack tables, but you'll usually only win (or lose) a few hundred on those. Overall, Vegas is cool, but I prefer other places... like Seattle... to visit. ReNNeN January 6, 2006 Share ReNNeN Member January 6, 2006 Make sure to check the Ferrari and Maserati Showroom at the Wynn!!! They have nice shopping there too. The drinks at their lounges are kinda pricey, but if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere, try starting a night out at the Wynn as well. I am a VIP at the Wynn and Monte Carlo. The casino at the Monte Carlo has friendly dealers. Eat at the Dragon Noodle at the Monte Carlo!!!!!!! Order one of the shrimp dishes, you WILL NOT be dissapointed. Have fun and good luck.
