mookie January 9, 2006 Share mookie GC Alumni January 9, 2006 (edited) Yeah I'm updating, thanks to the fact that Steam literally froze all its applications while I was playing. <3 Steam. And silly me thought I could actually get some work done on ge_library during my wireless lagstorm. Edited January 9, 2006 by mookie
mookie January 9, 2006 Share mookie GC Alumni January 9, 2006 (edited) Just finished updating, and not seeing militia in the maplist. Now I restart Steam and it's updating again? Still no militia. Edited January 9, 2006 by mookie

mookie January 9, 2006 Share mookie GC Alumni January 9, 2006 I have. The floors on everything look too shiny, especially in between the flagstones on aztec. Looks like the ground is covered in water.

I had the same problem as did many other people. I know we did need those shiny textures fixed, thanks steam

VooDooPC January 11, 2006 Share VooDooPC Member January 11, 2006 When are they going to fix the shadows not working on some maps?
mookie January 11, 2006 Share mookie GC Alumni January 11, 2006 What maps don't have shadows? I'd tend to think that has more to do with if there's direct or indirect light where you're standing.
VooDooPC January 11, 2006 Share VooDooPC Member January 11, 2006 Cbble, Italy, and Tides (I think it's Tides, or Chateau). No shadows anywhere in these maps. I used to use peoples shadows at the end of long hall in Italy so I could shoot them when they were inching out to snipe. But I can't do that anymore.
