wayfarer July 19, 2006 Share wayfarer Member July 19, 2006 Well, I guess I've been playin quite a few of these in my off CSS hours. (ok so it's been cutting into my CSS hours a little) I started off with homeworld, moved up to the lord of the rings, war of the ring (not to be confused with LOTR BFME) I then went on to Rise of Nations, AOE III, (though I never played any of it's predessesors) and I'm hooked on Rome total war ATM. I also played Homeworld II and Homeworld cataclysm & Star wars EAW. Yeah, I guess I'm a bit of af a RTS junkie.

Allanon July 19, 2006 Share Allanon Member July 19, 2006 (edited) I love RTS's. My first game on a comp was Homeworld, such a classic too bad that Homeworld 2 stunk. AoE, AoE II, Rise of Nations, Rise of Nations: Legends, WarCraft II *though barely played it* III and expansion, starcraft, LoTR BFME I and II, Dawn of War, C and C, Empire Earth I and II, Star Wars EAW, Medieval Total war, and Rome Total. If you guys ever wanna have a night where we RTS game, say Star Wars: Empire at War or say WarCraft III just PM me, and let's see if we can organize one. Vovik July 20, 2006 Share Vovik Member July 20, 2006 One of my fav. games of all time was Dune2. I played Dune2000, Red Alert2, Generals, some others since then there hasn't been anything new to the genre so I quit and haven't played in a while. But I'll consider playing again if there's gonna be really a great rts.

wayfarer July 21, 2006 Share wayfarer Member July 21, 2006 I'd be up for it. Anyone else? I guess we would have to play it via gamespy?
discom July 21, 2006 Share discom Member July 21, 2006 AOE2+expansion is the best RTS ever
wayfarer July 21, 2006 Share wayfarer Member July 21, 2006 I have all the RTS games I listed, but I'm currently stock on RTW. If we got six players, we could designate teams beforehand and have a go. Three light colours, three dark colours. That would be really cool IMO. We would have to sycronize on which game though.

We could have a vote each week on what RTS people want to play then we play it on say Friday night, or saturday *as long as doesn't conflict with custom map night*, or sunday etc..
