But the boy is already messed up enough, this can only make his case worse. Just a sad story all around. At the same time the woman needs to protect the child in her home and other family members. If she truely wasn't told about the kids past then I see no reason for the adoption to not be disolved, but if she was told then I have no problem with her having to pay the the kids care.
