discom October 15, 2006 Share discom Member October 15, 2006 My computer will actually reset when I just touch anywhere on the case. And I dont mean bump... just touch.. no matter how slightly. Yeah would say that your power supply may not be grounded correctly (posibibly a power cord problem). thats what I was thinking. Also check your surge protector and try a different plug in a different room. I know 2 of the 4 plugs in my room are not grounded properly. They make my computer do that all the time.
