benjester November 21, 2006 Share benjester Member November 21, 2006 (edited) Looking at building another system for myself. I keep putting this off, and I'm thinking I should just go ahead and do it. what mother board, power supply, and case do you all recommend for a core 2 duo 6600, with some kind of nvidia vid card...?? money, reasonable... I don't need a 250.00 dollar MB... something that I can do a SLI setup down the road, and raid some drives... taht is really all I am looking for. Cujo, you can just put your thoughts here, and ignore my pm... thanks for the help. 8) Edited November 21, 2006 by benjester
akaM2 November 21, 2006 Share akaM2 Member November 21, 2006 if there is any chance you will SLI in the future, go with this board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813188009 I just ordered it, will be in next monday. If you just want a solid board with lots of features and OC ability go with the Asus P5B DH http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813131025
benjester November 21, 2006 Author Share benjester Member November 21, 2006 while I do plan on doing SLI in the future, and want that board, I can't bring myself to spend 250 on a board. I would say lower...
