i left my heart in san francisco

i left my internet in san francisco :(

i'm 20 minutes outside of st. paul, and apparently the internet is held together by two cows in a field somewhere. when i do move into "civilization" (e.g. st. paul), is there a "reliable" internet service provider up here? current bragging rights:

Reply from 66.151.138.49: bytes=32 time=120ms TTL=114 // immut

Reply from 216.52.148.55: bytes=32 time=75ms TTL=114 // retro

Reply from 134.84.119.207: bytes=32 time=68ms TTL=238 // University of Minnesota (less than 30 miles away)

i might, for the first time in my life, actually do something productive.

:wavey:

respectfully...from work. I have recently discovered that my ISP has my home ip associated with a server in northern Manitoba, on the west side of Hudson's Bay...no wonder my ping from home is 3x the results I have above :bang::bang: I ping'd my work PC from my home PC and got 78ms...and I live 20mins away (in traffic)... I <3 lazy ISPs

I just tried pinging my home PC from work...got 15ms...WHATGIVES! I really don't want to have this convo with my ISP...let alone have to wait on hold for hours...
