Very nice system...but the price they want is so outrageous it's funny.. You can build the same system yourself for $3600 to $3800, and that includes monitor... lol they want $2000 for some automated assembly...hahaha... Other than that, dang nice gear....though, someone refresh my memory (since I'm lazy), is the 8800 gtx a dx10 card? If not, wait for the DX10 cards, and if it is, wait until ATI releases theirs. Even if nVidia is still better, the ATI release will lower prices on the nVidia dx10 cards
Metallurgic January 29, 2007 Share Metallurgic Member January 29, 2007 Yes, the 8800 is dx10. I will never buy from Dell, mainly because of their history with proprietary hardware. Newegg FTW!

Thanks Metal....and NewEgg rules.... Dell...they...suck That being said, I'd wait 'till ATI comes out with DX10 cards...pick whichever you like, but competition is good for cost :-)
akaM2 January 29, 2007 Share akaM2 Member January 29, 2007 Maverick' date='Jan 29 2007, 02:51 PM' post='388347'] Very nice system...but the price they want is so outrageous it's funny.. So your looking at 4500-4650 putting it together by yourself. I know people hate dell but when something broke on my friends laptop 2 yrs after he bought it, they had someone out the next day to replace it.
