Right now what's set:

mp_winlimit 0

mp_timelimit 30

 

How long do usual rounds go? How much does it vary from game type to game type (ctf, cp, tc)?

 

mp_stalemate_timelimit 240

I'm assuming this is the time limit for each round if neither team wins it. Is that right? Should it be shorter or longer, or is it good where it is?

 

How long do we want the server to stay on each map? Moving quickly from map to map keeps some more variety, but right now there's no way for anyone to define what the next map will be (just goes by mapcycle.txt). Different cycles could be run but could only be changed by hand. Leaving the server on one map in most games seems to keep traffic pretty well, but it risks attracting the kind of players that are attracted by 24/7 dust2 or 24/7 office servers.
