I tried searching for it, but just got a bunch of news articles saying that it's possible, some people saying it's a pain, etc. But no one is saying HOW it's done! Some manufacturers include the downgrade DVD for XP with the Vista media. The second link is the PDF noting that virtually any copy of Vista Ultimate or Business is available for downgrade to xp including OEM, Retail, and VL.
