My new pants that I bought right before this that were a little tight on me are now falling off of me. I am down nearly 3 belt sizes. 44 pounds in 9 months overall. All of this done with basically no working out whatsoever, just dietary changes (and I still eat bad food). Thanks everyone who has helped me get to this point!
