Sant January 6, 2012 Share Sant Member January 6, 2012 If no one objects, I put forward a ten round cycle with voting on the fifth and tenth maps. The fourth and ninth maps are hosties ones, just to mix it up. Thoughts?

shift January 6, 2012 Share shift Member January 6, 2012 Not bad, not bad. Our current rotation is very small and I'm always getting asked to change a map as soon as it starts or put up votes.
Biggs January 7, 2012 Share Biggs GC Alumni January 7, 2012 At some point the decision was made to reduce the map rot. to only 4 maps. My understanding was that this was done to encourage admins to manually initiate map voting. I've seen some of the admins do a great job rolling with that idea, Coodie comes to mind. I'm happy with the current setup, but when no admins are playing things get repetitive fast.
walkingCat May 22, 2012 Share walkingCat Member May 22, 2012 What if we can initiate a new sequence, only one day a week (Friday or Sunday), from 8 pm to 11 pm: regular map (f.e. Dust2)- custom map (the one people like the most) - regular map - custom map. If you don't like it, maybe we can add cpl_strike and de_contra to rotation?

Biggs May 23, 2012 Share Biggs GC Alumni May 23, 2012 (edited) I'd be in favor of adding de_cpl_strike into rotation, enough players are familiar with it and like the map. Edited May 23, 2012 by Biggs
