Unclean June 25, 2010 Share Unclean Member June 25, 2010 So there's a debate between me and a buddy of mine, and we'd like to get it resolved. It started with the following instant messages: 1: One of my coworkers just laughed like the Pillsbury Doughboy. 2: Hoo hoo! 1: What are you, a tugboat? 2: No, you referenced the Pillsbury Doughboy, so I did the laugh. 1: It's "hee hee", not "hoo hoo". And then it turned into a bet, with a lunch on the line. Let me show you the evidence both sides have presented. Person 1 (the noise is "hee hee"): Sound: http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/ahrpa/opa/kids/soundex/76163189.mp3 Text: http://twitter.com/PLSBYDB (official Pillsbury twitter site) Person 2 (the noise is "hoo hoo"): Sound: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_I3br9m-68 Text: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pillsbury_Doughboy (last edited by Pillsbury) And the sounds as pronounced: "hee hee", rhymes with "tree" "hoo hoo", rhymes with "boo" Which noise does the Pillsbury Doughboy make? Hee hee? Or Hoo hoo?
