Ok you guys were talking about a "so-called" World Tour of Beers, If you guys can make it to FF06, a trip to the Winking Lizard is mandatory. http://www.winkinglizard.com/100beers.asp THAT is a World Tour of Beers. Few fruity things, NO malt-ternatives, just beer. Heavy on good tasting, light on filler. Nothing brewed by Anheiser-Busch, Miller, Coors. They even list Guinness on the "Beginners List". They have beers that you can find nowhere else in the country. If you love beer, you gotta visit there. There's one not very far from FF06, I'm sure Fatty will be happy to lead a field trip there, and if not, I'll do it! Who's up for it?

I just use my old ACER keayboard I took from my 100MHz pentium. Best keyboard I've used yet, nice size, the keys work well, and best of all, no windows key. No accidently dropping to the desktop just because Bill Gates thought that was a good idea.

Yeah, it's from Trans-Siberian Orchestra's 3rd Christmas CD "The Lost Christmas Eve" All of their cd's are fabulous. They currently have 3 Christmas cd's, one non-Christmas one called "Beethoven's Last Night", and should be releasing another non-Christmas concept album this spring/summer. Good stuff.

Wow, thanks for the link Jackie. I love TSO, and that was great. I would hope that he only has it running like that (if it wasn't computer generated) occasionally, say on Christmas Eve, or random eveings for short intervals. Wonder if that's how Paul O'Neill and Jon Oliva do up their houses for Christmas?

W00T! Might be able to make it to this one. Been busy most sat evenings, and missed out on several recent mapnights.

But you can still enjoy FF even if you can't be there for the entire time. I know from experience. I had to miss some of the event last summer, but still had a great time while I was there, and fully intend to be there again in 06. So yeah, Duma even if you can't get there till Sat AM, it's well worth the trip.

I really think we should try to schedule a practice before we go challenging people. We were way out of our league against SD. Just my 2 cents.

How does that work? would I put the HLTV ip in my css servers list and join? Never "watched" a match, except for when I'm in the match and already dead, lol. I'd be interested in watching a match to see how others approach them.

I'm actually running that same router, and have "hacked" it to a more powerful firmware version running linux. I could, if I wanted to, limit the amount of bandwidth my wife's computer uses to play SWG. Of course, I also like waking up each morning, so I just leave that setting alone. I think it's running HyperWRT, or something like that. I wanted to put Snort, or kismet or something like that, but I've not played around with it yet. The added functunality with HyperWRT is nice since you have more control over your router. There is also a yahoo! groups for WRT54G users. You might find more info from them too.

So does anyone want to scrim before our next match, or should we just go in cold again. Seriously, if we're going to compete we need to practice, and not just popping into one of the GC servers and playing for a few hours. We'll need to use the GoCI server, or get together with SD, or EH?, or another clan who might be friendly to our world domination plans and let us work out some strats against them. Just my thoughts.
