Okay so what would all of you like to see on this new server? (those of you that now play there) Would you like to see more customs, special map nights, or something unique from time to time? Let us know, we want to hear from you.

I am sure you will see somthing from cujo or cobalt soon, but I have talked about this b4 and know this: the 64-bit xp is junk..dont even think about it. The dual core car not used under windows xp at this time it does not know how to use the seperate cores. When Vista releases next year you would see a HUGH difference in performance with the dual core. So if you are going to upgrade operating systems as well next year then YES go with the dual core.

I think Laz should pay for all of us..what you think?

Do you know of a board that has NForce4 with AGP and 939? I could not find any so that is why I am looking at the gigbyte MB w/ agp only. I had been looking at the ASRock MB with dual agp and pci-e but after ready about so many issues and the ULi chipset I looked somewhere else. So what you think?

Does the interagted chip on the nforce 3 better than the VIA chipsets? Looking at gigabyte MB with nForce 3 on it and was woundering aloud..??

i got that mobo, but it's still in the box. i never had a 939 cpu to try it out with cause i found a way to oc my 478 chip good. Does anyone have input on this board. I wanted to get it due to the PCI-e and AGP with NO cross over..But I have heard some people had issues with the AGP, but that was 9800's. So what can you all tell me?

no issues here...but they have installed a new phone system sooo maybe something updated on the server.but I have no issues with lag for me. I just ordered a fwe things over the last couple of days with issues.

i ask because I was looking at the asrock sataII board that use the ULi and have heard that some people with 9800's have had issues...

ya...i also have been playing a few dimension maps that are cool. I was thinking about putting in a req for a custom map build I would pay for. One of the maps is HDR and really cool. I like the ones mookie put up..I do miss the kisymo map.

So is there an issue with the ULi shipsets and ATI chiped video cards or is it just certain models (9800pro's). I have seen many issues with MB with this chipset and 9800's, I am woundering if it is ALL ATI cards or just that model, and why? I have seen other MB with issues with AGP 9800's with the 939 cpu's, so woundering what anyone knows..I MEAN REALLY knows, not just ya it sucks..

SOOO how do i know if an x800 card will display at 1440 x 900? I am looking at getting someone a WS 19" that says 1440 x 900 recommended...does that mean I must do that...can I do that?
