I'm going to try to pop in also tonight at some point, I'm really starting to miss CS again...

We need a definitive answer to when this is going to happen. I think if we left Wednesday, that should work just fine. I'm not sure how long it takes to get to Cedar point from the hotel, but I do remember it being a ways out, so we'd leave early Wednesday morning. We would have plenty of time to enjoy rides and such, and still make it back to the cookout later in the evening. So about 2 hours to get there from the hotel? Cedar Point opens at 10am, so I say we should leave by around 7:30am to make sure we have everything set. If we leave Cedar Point by 4:30 -5:00pm we should make it back to the cookout in no time, and would have spent 6-7 hours at the park. What do you guys think about this plan? Is 6-7 hours enough time to spend at Cedar Point?

Awww, 4 of us have been playing since 9:30 this morning, and we haven't really stopped yet. The game is pretty amazing, I'll play with you another day Exile, we can easily grab 4 people, I bought a 4 pack and know people who bought it off me. Also it is kind of early in the day yet, people are still at work and what not, I'm sure tonight you will be able to get some GCer's in a game with you.

I also agree completely with everything that has been said so far. 3 or 4 years ago the stuff that is going on now would have never been acceptable. When I joined GC years ago I joined because of how close everyone seemed to be as a community, we could joke around with each other in a nice and clean way. The people who were banned(the ones who didn't want to be) would instantly come to the forums to try to make an apology. And when something serious in the servers came up the admins were right on it, taking care of the community to keep it as enjoyable as possible. Everyone treated each other with respect and I really do miss all of that. I think if we want the community to grow again we need to get back to those roots. Starting up those events I heard about awhile back could be pretty fun too, and definitely could help out a lot. But like Clueless said small steps would be best for the time being, especially with new regulars who may or may not be registered on the forums. Thanks for the post Stutters, I hope we can once again become a community of players who enjoy being on the servers.

You level pretty fast in the game Sedah, and I think people are wanting to start new characters all the time, so it wouldn't be a bad thing to start now. And Unclean, my favorite part of the game so far is of course all the awesome guns you can find and unleash on your enemies.

No way Anonymo, FPS games are so much better with a mouse and keyboard, I think it has been so long since you have actually used that combination, you must have forgotten. Unclean, I hope you are able to get the game going soon, because this game rocks.

Before Uncharted 2 I had just beat the first God of War, since I had never played them before either. I really enjoyed the game, and the boss battles are really something else. I must say, for being a much older game, the graphics aren't too bad at all, and I'm sure the remastered versions coming out will look wonderful. I have God of War 2, but since Uncharted 2 came in the mail I have yet to touch that game, but I know it will be just as good as the first, so I'm excited. Wow, so many games to play.

I'm playing Uncharted 2 right now and this game is by far the best single player experience I've played so far, it's like I'm part of an epic movie that lasts forever(since movies last a few hours). And the game just looks so beautiful. The first Uncharted was a good game, but the 2nd in the series surpasses the first in every aspect. Ugh, right now I'm just sad because I know I need sleep, so I have to give the game a rest after 4 hours, I will probably play some more before work tonight.
