I realized that I have completely overlooked a very important aspect of my cs:s playing quality. I don't know how to set my rates. This seems to me that it would be a good thing to know so I will ask. How do I set my rates?

Has anyone ever noticed that by posting on a topic I usually kill said topic. It makes me sad.

I also have to live on the same floor as college party goers. I understand how unfun it is but think on the bright side. Their destructive behavior will either A: be a phase that they grow out of and they will become productive members of society, or B: will kill them at an early age and be a somber reminder that partying to the max is a bad thing.

I greatly appreciate the gravity of this situation. I was hurt very badly by a dog when I was 4 and ever since I've had a Cynophobia.

I am of the opinion that it should be every other week and that something else fun and maybe (gasp) new should fill the suddenly open other every other week slot.

I counted (which means you shouldn't trust the number you are about to see without a +-10 next to it) 126 commands I tested the ones that I could tell from looking at I wouldn't blow the server up with and as far as I can tell ma_showrestrict worked fine as did ma_admins everything else I wasn't sure exactly what would happen so I stayed away.

I see a bunch of commands when I type in ma_help. Do I have access to all of them or do I just get to see all the ones enables on the server? I'm not understading what I'm seeing very well.
