  1. It really comes down to how often do admin play on the server. Whenever I play, Mercman tends to be online with us. If we have enough admin to be on most of the time to monitor the server, then we don't need votekick back. I remember one time that someone was jockey in front so I go up to save him and everyone else thought we both were rushing so they votekick me out. I agreed that it gets out of hand and there are many times in the past people abuse this feature to get rid of "unskilled player"
  2. I don't like the point reduction, because for some infected like spitter, you don't earn much from spit unlike other infected. If we nerf it even more, then it is near impossible to buy tank on maps like Parish map 1 or No Mercy map 1. Instead, if you spawn the same infected multiple time, your full health should be lower each time. Like 100% on first spawn, 80% on 2nd spawn, 60% on 3rd spawn and 50% for 4th or more spawn. Of course, for infected like boomer who is already low on health don't get this minus health counter. Then maybe once the survivor reach a checkpoint, all the minus health counter will reset to 0 This way, we know the survivor has the upper hand if they are progressing and by resetting the counter on every checkpoint, we will give the infected a better chance to fight back.
  3. Very nice idea. I think it would be better if it is !giveaway <point> so you can give away your extra instead of your whole point. Also, it should have a timeout so if someone !np 1 min ago, it will reset to 0 Speaking of point, do you think it is possible to temporary cache the point for the round so if someone crashes and rejoin, they would get the point back
  4. I tend to crash if I am holding down any key on my keyboard like crouch and spawn. I noticed that if I don't crouch and spawn, my number of crash is down to once a week than once per hour.
  5. I found a bug that if you !rebuy witch after dangerous, it cost 20 point instead of 30. That is if you make the initiate purchase before the dangerous is purchase
  6. Zero and I discussed that since killing an admin earns bonus point, shouldn't it be fair if the survivor earns bonus point if they defib a dead admin. While on the subject, I feel that if the survivors kill a certain amount of tank, they should get some bonus point like > Tank Buster - killing 5 tanks I mean at least some bonus for surviving through a bunch of tanks yes?

  9. Just tried the test server. Several thing I found is missing > Lose control of tank for not hitting survivor is still active > Scramble is not active
  10. How about an upgrade that turns on realism mode so survivor can't see each other through the wall?

  13. I love the first Dead Island though I don't know anyone who wants to play the new one. If anyone wants to play, pm me.

I know one glitch is that if a charger has charged someone near an edge and someone attempts to chain charge that person off the ledge, the server will register for the kill point but the survivor will not move to the second charger thus allowing the survivor to live. This is really annoying sometimes.
  15. That is awesome to have four new maps to be added to the server list once the beta is over. I played these 4 maps when they were new last year and they are fun though vs mode is questionable.
