In hind-sight I do tend to lean towards a more infected favored style of game play. That being said I still think the bile needs to get a minor nerf. Perhaps a cool down timer of 30 seconds or 15 seconds before another bile can be used against the tank. I think making the survivors side of things easier makes for a more boring game. It should be a serious struggle to get the whole team to the safe room each chapter. A well placed bile can completely negate a tanks abilities to do anything its simply to overpowered for a 10v10 server in my opinion.

I'll just reassure you that it's okay to be "that guy" occasionally. I have also, along with basically everyone else, have suspected the same thing. When I was new to the server I brought it up to an admin only to be met with the "he's just really really ridiculously good." I took it at face value and moved on even though I have always had my suspicions. I'm glad this is finally being brought up even if I don't have any proof and not even sure if its true. Either way what I'm saying is regardless of the time an individual has spent on a server, when a serious accusation of hacking is brought against them the admins should take notice. Regardless of how often the person has been reported in the past. Not accusing anyone but still it can't hurt to investigate.

Or you could remove it from the menu and only have it spawnable on the maps. Minimum 1 per chapter, but max 3 per chapter as well if possible?

Depends on the supplement, protein supplement should only be used when paired with working out. I take my pill supplements daily even if i miss a workout or go on vacation.

I would love to test this game type if you need some help jackie, looks like a ton of fun. In terms of randomization you could just have it 1 in ever 5 or 10 campaigns will be VIP based. Just an idea.

Nice, that's what I thought was the case. I usually do one rest day a week, whats your experience with putting in a longer workout but having two rest days? Would you say its easier that way?

No 2 hour lifting sessions are very long and can be dangerous if your body isn't already used to the amount of stress 2 hours of lifting would put on a person. Back in high school I did hour and a half lifting sessions and 30 minutes of cardio for track/football conditioning and I was only able to keep that up for about a month. I wouldn't recommend trying that much physical exercise unless you have been lifting regularly for a while. I wouldn't be able to do 2 hour lifting sessions now if I wanted to. Also I'm curious what exercises do you do for 2 hours straight? If you are just working out every muscle group I would recommend you focus on two to three muscle groups per day for you lifting sessions. You will see more results also exercising every muscle group, having an "everything" day, puts a large amount of strain on your body its really not healthy. You need to give your muscles a chance to recover because the act of working out actually "tears" your muscles and they repair stronger than last time. Also, cardio is gross.

Yeah I looked on source bans and it said console. I thought I might have asked you for the ban but I could be wrong, maybe as you were looking into it someone beat you to the punch.

I was present when you were banned and was also the one who requested your ban. I had votekicked you earlier for greifing due to lack of admins online. I tried to communicate to you what you were doing wrong and how to correct it to help your team, this is a TEAM game. When you first joined you were remaining in the back of the group, rushed ahead later in the round, and when confronted about these problems you responded rudely to myself and other members. When you rejoined the game later that night I asked why you were still not banned, at which point you sat in spectator while harassing myself and another member. At which point I believe zero, possibly different admin, banned you. That all being said, to reiterate what Jackie said, your account is YOUR responsibility. EDIT: It appears you were banned earlier than the confrontation that I had with you by crasx for rushing, 10 hour ban on 7-24-11. Your next offense is on 8-04-13 for rushing again banned via console for 15 minutes. The last offense in the permanent ban that I requested for rude behavior and greifing on 8-10-13. Just reporting what I know of my interaction and what I found via sourcebans.

Check the logs man it said "im not black yoshi" so clearly im not to blame... Serious edit: Just to clear it up when you do the !who command it links to my forum name which is "siebutsu." So if you ever wonder who that is its me. I changed my name to "im not black yoshi" just to mess with people, I guess it worked lol . Anyway the person who you thought was actually me was tainited messing around amd changing his name to Black Yoshi. Now down to business, I did rush from the elevator to the safe room when there was 2 tanks active and another in queue while more than half the team was incaped. I was on the losing team and wanted to make up points so I ran for it, I know I wasn't a main but I knew i'd make it anyway so it didn't matter. Noboby seemed to mind, tainted was on my team and he said it was fine, there was no way we were going to make it out of there. The teams were stacked it was 3000 to 1400 if I remember correctly. I can't say much for tainted slaying the infected and people suciding however because I didn't notice or see either. If tainted did slay the infected it was because he was playing against the stacked team and wanted to make for an interesting match. I've seen admins do this numerous times before. Also fishy got death charged in the elevator shaft by controlfreak lol
