You know what? I'd really like to know if how many of you know what mine is from.

Okay, heres my cop story. In April of 2002, I was driving home from Georgia after celebrating my neice's 1st birthday. I had a friend in the car with me as well as my then 2 year old child. It was about midnight and I passed a cop (who did not have any sort of running lights on or anything) going 85 in a 70. Stone cold busted, I was nice and polite, but when he ran my license, it came back suspended. I had no clue why either, and he claimed it wasn't showing up. I have since asked cops about this, and I was told that it is up to the officer to decide whether to arrest the driver or not. Instead of being a nice guy and letting my friend, who had a valid license drive, he handcuffs me and has her follow us to the station where I am finger printed, photographed, and made to stand naked in front of some strange woman while she writes down my distinguishing markings. I get hold of my mother who is only 2 hours away and after being thrown in a cell with five huge mean looking women, and waiting for another 3 hours, they come get me and I'm let go. My mother had to drive down and sign a property bond to get me out. I felt so bad. And all I could think about was Corbin and my poor friend. I paid for a hotel room the next exit down and we slept until noon the next day. What really got me though was the cop, who was trying so hard to act like he felt bad about having to do this, asked me if I was leaving some hick concert. I said, no I'm not leaving a concert, I have a 2 year old with me! Then he proceeds to tell me how he was out looking for the drunk drivers that always leave those concerts. I don't remember exactly what I said to him but it was something smart about how good a job he was doing keeping drunk drivers off the road that night. The whole thing was totally ridiculous. Luckly at my court date when they saw that I fixed the problem with my license the next day after I got home (which turned out to be a problem with the insurance) they reduced the charges from driving on a suspended license to driving without a license and I avoided a $1200 fee, 10 days in jail, and a 6 month suspended license term. And only ended up paying $600. But still....come on....

Well! Thanks so much for all the advice! I am no longer worried about my Sexy Sadie. I figured she would stop eating again, but she will have all winter to adapt to her new home, and when she comes out of hibernation, she'll be ready to eat!

Okay, that sounds good. I was planning on just putting her in a box, because her cage is a Reptarium, and we were just going to break it down to save space. but I guess I could wrap her in a blanket too. Also, should I keep the bundle out of direct sunlight? I'm worried she'll get too hot.

I had some regulars at the restaurant where I work that would bring me those every time they came in. Now we're moving and I won't see them ever again! But thats okay, because we won't be living with Benorbie anymore!!!!!

Yeah! Someone who knows about ball pythons. Okay. We're about to move to Atlanta and I'm worried that my snake will stop eating again. I've had her since Febuary and it took her five moths to eat. She started eating about 2 months ago, and I was wondering if maybe you had some tips on how to make the eight hour drive less stressful for her. The plan I have right now is to put her in a pillowcase and tie it shut. I'd hold her, but I'm going to be driving the car with my dog and my four year old. Plus I already know not to let her roam free in the car. ( she decided to crawl into the dash board and didn't come out for three weeks ) Anyway, anything you might be able to tell me would be greatly appreciated!
