    I think this weekend was a very slow weekend for the server in general. Saturday all servers didn't start filling up until late in the evening

    Yeah, don't rename file extensions, that's bad practice anyways for a number of reasons. You should compress it with a Zip or Rar as Allanon said, both free programs. Not only this, but the file will shrink considerably in size when you do this.

    The reason for the long warmup time was so some with slower loading computers or connections could still get in (like me). Otherwise many people always end up missing the pistol round and it can often be a lot of fun.

    I'll leave this to Mookie since he was the first admin to respond. But I will mention this, there are better alternatives than just TK'ing he person. What happens if an admin comes in just as you TK this person and doesn't know anything else, you could be blamed for the retaliation. It's understandable how frustrating those people can be though.

    Actually you're slightly incorrect Saris. Freezetime always was 10 seconds. Awhile back I restored a setting that shortened it up overnight but had a mistake in that. This had the affect of always making it short. That was fixed around the time DWP came out. It had nothing to do with DWP though.
