    How is it possible with all the mapping technology in use for FedEx to mis-deliver a clearly addressed package that should have gone to a place they have delivered to a billion times before?

      You call, driver gets a note after their day is over, hope for the best re: go back and get the package, someone holds it, etc. - good times.

      I hate FedEx and UPS. FedEx just sucks, and UPS likes to be super slow, but at least they can deliver properly.
