      Crytek is doing the same thing with CryEngine 3. $9.90 a month, no royalty fees.

      Only if game released is free. For paid games licensing they ask you to contact them.

      It's currently available for free if you're making a game that is free. If you plan on releasing your game for sale you would do the $9.90 a month.
