wow, you seem to have thought that one out. Yes, there are many ways around the map, and my blood has been over every square foot of it. I die there more than anywhere it seems, but then again, I stink, and it seems no matter how hard I try, I'm not getting better. What really ticks me off about ANY map is when shots don't register,i've been laid waste so many times after empting 1/2 my ammo in someone just to fall to one or two well placed(or not) shots. Ok, getting off subject a bit, the problem with Piranesi for me is that I like to play CT, and it seems very difficult to be on that side, alot of times no one is planning, just split up and die, where on other maps, it's easier to communicate a plan without so many variables involved. Like at Piranesi if you said go to B, you'd be like, ok, which way, gotta map? But, I don't mind playing on it since I die no matter where I play.

After about 11:15 when fatty switched the map to dust, it got laggy, and the pings went way up, then it was empty, what happened? The first time i tryed to pick a team, it locked up and booted me out.

You can't get rid of dust, it's one of the only maps i can actually kill someone on, no, please don't take it (sniff, sniff). Actually, the thing to do may be to add a couple of the new maps that are worth a crap so that we play the maps certain people don't like, a little less than we do now. But thats just my 2 cents, and they're usually not even worth that.

Thats not necessarily true, I have GC on my name, and I stink on that map, umm, wait, I stink on all the maps, nevermind.

Aside from the lag at start, the only other problem was that my mic sounded bad to others, as you heard. You sounded fine to me. The ping numbers were higher than normal but it played ok, though 3 people isnt a good test. Had some fun knife fights though

My dad just bought a 19" lcd for about $550 at Best Buy, i've yet to see it, but he did alot of research before he bought it and he says it's perfect for gaming, no lag, or blurriness under fast fps madness, so my vote could change after I check it out.

Gotcha, did'nt know if maybe you were doing something different in the kitchen, like i said, the info was general. Not that it matters now that your done, but I usually use a putty knife layed down flat on the floor and use regular wire cutters to grab the staple (or nail) and with the tip of the cutters on the putty knife to protect the floor from dents, just pry it up. It goes alot quicker than it sounds. Just in case you have more rooms with the same situation.

I found out how to go back to normal. Goto Steam\SteamApps\Email\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\console Simply delete backround01.vtf and it will be as it was before. (how goofy, I posted to answer my own question, I have no life)

Usually the luan underlayment is stapled pretty heavily and likes to come up in itty bitty little pieces as i'm sure you now know. I usually don't bother pulling them depending on the situation, I just pound them all flush with my favorite tool and go over with the new floor. Even if your doing vinyl floor, they still put another layer of fresh underlayment down anyways. This is general info, your situation could be different.

In case your interested, the Brinkmann I previously mentioned was $399 i think and it has 4 burners, and a real brass side burner. It's stainless with ball bearing slide out for gas bottle. Also has a smoker tray and a big removable tray for grease clean up. I also looked at webers, but the same features that this one has pushed the price way up. The $400 range was not apples to apples.

I did some searching and found the tool kit that makes vtf files for the screens, i was thinking about messin around with a GC screen for anyone that would want it, but I need the picture that is used in the header or any other GC logos that might be interesting. Please let me know if I can get access to this. Thanks

As far as rating sites I can't help you, but I purchased a Brinkman grill from Lowes 2 years ago and its been awesome. The burners are heavy duty cast, and easily removable to clean, etc. The whole thing is very heavy duty, the company makes a lot of high end commercial grills, and the consumer products reflect that.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the Punk A** Fraggers menu screen that came with the maps? For that matter,we should replace it with a GC one, that would be cool.
