GSP has a groin injury and he's out...but BJ Penn is stepping in to fill his place. Don't think he'll pull off the choke again though. Should be a great fight still, but I like GSP's skill too.

Hehe I was working on getting a job in Minneapolis, but I live in Indianapolis until I move to Las Vegas in a week or two. I'm flying out on Monday to find a place and meet everyone...so I'll probably be making the trip alone and by airplane (unless Moss flies out of vegas).

Rich "Ace" Franklin UFC 64 Ticketmaster but not on sale yet ps. I have 1.5mb dsl and the 600k "hi res" stream is playing flawlessly, but it's not as clear as I'd hoped in full screen.

is on right now, getting ready to go into the third round of the 1st fight. UFC 64 is back in Las Vegas in October, but tix are $450 at ticketmaster. Don't think I"ll be able to afford it yet, but we need to start saving up to go watch one of these Moss.

Longhair's mom would make these philipino burritos (not for his older brother) and when he would come home he would have like 20 of these massive asian chimichangas and they were so good. I just thought of those tonight when I was eating bbq chicken.

HP finally got back with me about the launch manager position for their printer business. Gotta be quicker if they want Chief on the intramural counter strike team. But I was hoping that I would move out there without anyone making me wonder if I made the best decision lol!

I am flying out Monday morning to go and meet everyone and look for housing. Thanks for everyone's support. It took less than one week to go from 1st call to getting the job, and I'm sure that everyone had a big part to play in making it happen. Spooky fact: It was almost exactly 7 days from my first post to the time that the HR lady called with the offer. 7 days and a few hours until I negotiated the final package.

MMMM after work I ate deer burgers and drank a couple of beers (but it was Michelob Ultra) and sweet corn and green bean casserole. I may be losing the post war, but I think I won anyway!

SBC Yahoo comes with antivirus software for free and I have a friend that is using it. Is it good enough or is it worth having a paid subscription or free AVG? Thanks!

I just went to the auction and sold some of my mom's antiques to help put my sister up in a place and get her moved so that I can go to Las Vegas for my new job...and while I'm there I see this guy. He has the MAC V SOG tattoo on his left arm 67 (1967) underneath it. It was interesting watching him interact with people and how he looked at people and things. Gave me goose bumps so I took a picture of some living history:
