The last 3 games ive bought has had punkbuster built in, but every game doesnt update it itself.. Look for the pb directory in any game with punkbuster, and put this file in the directory and run it. It will update punkbuster and you wont get kicked out of a game after 10 mins.. It takes a few mins to update, dont get impatient.. pbweb.exe

I installed it works so that's good. Now i'm not sure my brother has got all the patches, i'll have to check with him. I tried doing multiplayer last night but i couldn't connect to any servers cuz "data differs from server". Which would suggest i need a patch. If so can someone point me to one.

Map was battle of 73, I was just sittin there waxing them. I even ran in their spawn, took out two howizters and you can see me escaping with the bradley. I made it out, but died shortly after

i dont kno what happeend to my battlefield vietnam. i tried to find a way to get punkbuster to work but then i realized it wont work because i hadnt installed it when i first installed bf vietnam. so i go to uninstall bf vietnam and i get an error of some sort and then it tries to install bf vietnam again. i made sure i clicked punkbuster this time but when i clicked the next button to install it it didnt do anything so i said forget uninstalling it ill just play on servers that dont need punkbuster. i try to join a server and it says invalid cd key everytime. i figured maybe there mite be something wrong with the cd so i tried a new one and still no luck. i deleted the battlefield vietnam folder hoping it would then let me install it but still no luck. went to add/remove programs and its not listed. i have no clue what to do and i really love this game

The graphics need a little assistance, but anyone that loved watching and playing G.I. Joes as a kid needs to give it a try Clicky , there's a link to more screenies and at the bottom of the page it has the different downloads available. Here's a few flashback for you joes (and cobras) at heart.

I find this to be a very fun, though extremely glitchy mod. nothing is more fun that blasting some rebel scum with your Blastech 327(aint real). No lightsabers, no wookies. But its still funny to run around as a droid(yeah, just press "e" when next to the control panel and you're an R2- droid, able to heal vehicles and hurt really close range guys over extended periods of time! check it out

I love Battlefield. But I love Battlefeild 1942 for the 1942 aspect! All i want to play is normal BF. No mods, just alot of fun. I always jump on teamspeak...but everyones playin DC or Vietnam. I know Mr.Mustard has expressed his concern also and Seph is always willing to play. But as good as 1942 is, its no fun without other people. Anyone sticking to the 1942 roots??? When do you play??

Well I loaded it into my new computer, and everything went smooth as can be. i Played for about 5-10 minutes and it ran well. i exit and come back later to play some more with no luck. Just a black screen, so i restart. Nothing same thing. SO i uninstall and attempt to reinstall. That doesnt work either, i get the loading splash screen but without the option to install or play, just uninstall and exit, both do nothing. And it remains in my add/remove programs list with no way of removing? This is the one game i wanted to play....wow am i tinkled. please help before i get desperate and reformat already.

When I go to the main menu of BF1942, I go to Mutiplayer link, then to internet link, then my comp freezes and I have to shut down.... what is going on?
