bullet-401 April 13, 2004 Share bullet-401 Member April 13, 2004 There was a thread about buying a new PSU in one of the other forums that I read. I'm just curious what you guys use and what they are all powering. I have a Thermaltake 420W It runs AMD 2200+, 4hds, 2roms, 1 floppy, 3 cathodes,6 fans and a 5600 Ultra. True, I live in the dorms and I just carried the sucka's to my room. Only the first 4 are in my room though. I couldnt run all the computers back home cause the power bill would be too high; so I brought them to school and use their power. One box is my main box, the first one, the rest runF@H and one sometimes runs a dedicated LAN UT2k4 Server. The other two puters are back home. soul .gc April 15, 2004 Share soul .gc Member April 15, 2004 Question - Does it matter? Birdman April 15, 2004 Share Birdman Member April 15, 2004 (edited) I'd say it's a keeper. Dont think itll hurt anything, so I would save some money. If you ever get a video card that sucks more power and add some fans though I would consider a good 50 dollar powersupply.
