Get a Vantec Aeroflow and you can have that sucker on a 400Mhz fsb with ease, registering as a 3200+. If your on the budget that is what I would go for. It should be much better than your 1600XP, but you will notice a better improvement with a A64 or a P4. Be sure to buy PC3200 RAM so you can run on a 1:1 ratio with that OC.
