I'm ready to build my own gaming rig...

I purchased my existing rig from ABS 4 years ago, it set me back $2500 and it served me well, but with the advent of these new games (UT3, etc.), I want to try and build my own rig, I would like to build a rig that will last me another 4 years so any input will be appreciated.

 

I am gonna go with the CoolerMaster 830 stacker case (plenty room) and I also like the Intel QX6700 CPU/EVGA 680i mobo combo.

I have the evga 680i and I LOVE it. I heard it wont be supporting the new intel quadcores though, unfortunately. But I did see the name 780i somewhere...

you should check out those forums Cujo - lots of good info and the For Sale section always has some good deals on stuff....some not so good deals as well but many good ones.
