Only 1 pound lost this week even though in the middle of the week I was 258 for 2 days. I really need to figure out why I gain weight back at the end of the week. I don't do anything different in my lifestyle those last few days but the pounds come back on.

Only 191. Not like a gunshot off the line in the sprint here, but I can't complain about a pound with my back aching so much. Hope people can post more loss than me!

202, but not bad after the bad diet from this week and my knees (NO, DONT SAY IT) and all. I was really hoping to be under 200 this week but I gues I need to just keep it going, down to the "brown"fat harder to burn....
