Want to get a new TV by mid August

I bought a cheap off brand 32" LCD called Dynex. Ended up costing me $439 after my 12% off coupon at Best Buy. It has a very nice picture, plenty of inputs and great sound quality (for stock speakers). We'll see if it holds up to time and usage, but for the price, even if it only lasts half as long as the sharp, it's worth it cuz I could have bought two and still ended up spending only slightly more than the sharp costs and the picture quality is virtually the same (they were next to each other in the display).

I was concerned buying an off-brand but the Sharp was $799 and I decided that for half the price it was worth the gamble.

Well after looking into the samsung 6 series for over a month, the sales guy convinced us on plasma. Got a 46" PZ85U from circuit city. Was a little weary, because I had not internet at the time to research it. However so far I am happy.
