wilco March 30, 2003 Share wilco Member March 30, 2003 ahhhhh metallica...finally the metallica thats doesnt have enough money so they sue napster...the metallica that cant come up with an orgional guitar piece/ drum picec (or song for that matter) the metallica that is too good to care about any of their fans... i hope their new cds sell no more than 100 copies and that lars goes bankrupt..... Im sorry for bringing this topic up to top, but I don't understand how this could be possible for Metallica. What Album did they release when Napster was the "IN" downloading device? I am a huge Metallica fan, and I personally thought the whole Napster thing was soooooooo stupid. I mean please, true Metallica fans will buy their cd anyway ( I did, but I cant recall any new ones around this era ). Did I use Napster, hell yes I downladed alot of songs from Metallica so I could Listen to them on my PC, Did I get banned from Napster, yes I did. It was Unjust in my opinion. If anything Napster was doing alot of artist a favor, I mean, hey I know a few people who downloaded Metallica songs and said WOW, thats some good poop, and then go out and pick up their CD.
