You have to link your PSN and Steam accounts to get redeem codes for PC and Mac versions, so I think they are tied to your account once that is done. You could just let a friend play the PS3 version since there is cross platform play or maybe it will be possible to gift the Mac version since not everyone owns PS3, PC and Mac simultaneously.
