Xterminator June 30, 2004 Author Share Xterminator Member June 30, 2004 so i had a job interview today at Siemens. My dad works there as a hearing aid specialist. They told my dad yesterday to ask me if i wanted a job. Then i had to cancel work this morning to go to the interview. I think it went well. They said I'd be hearing from them by the end of the day. I got a good vibe while we were talking. Seems they're eager to hire someone. It's nothing special. I'll be a go too guy, multitasking really, some data entry and stuff. The job's mine i start monday The bad news. They can't give me time off for fragfest. Right now (until the end of this week) i'm working with a construction company and they gave me the time off, no prob. But these guys can't spare it. Xterminator July 2, 2004 Author Share Xterminator Member July 2, 2004 hah funny story. So i go to the bank today. Its like packed cuz of Canada day yesterday. Anyways so i get my turn and i have to open up a new account. So the lady takes me to the back offices and we're talking. So she's like what kind of account do you want to open. I was like, i want a chequing account so i can have that as well as my current savings account. So she comes back and tells me i already have a chequing account. So i'm like "really?" when did this happen. I remember opening a savings account and that's it. I guess it might have happened when i went to the bank one day and asked to be switched to the student plan. But they never told me that it was a chequing account. Yeah so anyways that was my day. Kinda fun...i signed up for a student credit card too so i can start my credit history. But it was good, the lady who was helping me was very attractive . Ohh and i also bought a BBQ today. But the girl in Inventory......wow... I started chating with her today. She's been working there for about 8 months. I asked her how old she was. She's 20. But wow she looks older.
