I was there and I don't recall any yelling. Cloud was muted because his mic was sending out high pitched static. He was unmuted one round later and the static was back. I think he was trying to ask what was going on but all we could hear was static. Virtually everyone thought he was doing it on purpose, which in fact was not the case. Consequently, the admin booted him which in my opinion was the correct move.
When Cloud returned to the game he explained that his mic had gone bad (when his phone started ringing as I recall). The admin did apologize via a message but I'm guessing Cloud didn't see it.
Let cooler heads prevail. No harm, no foul. It was all a big misunderstanding.
