how often are u on the server and when? u would know theres only some admins who are active on the server. theres been plenty of times where someone deserves a kick but no admin so this is useful. prob the worst scenario ive seen was someone who griefed as a tank by just standing in fire and letting them shoot, was a member too so votekick wasnt possible and no admin, ah it was grand. Honestly, if you see stuff like that happening, get a record of it and report that kind of activity. The fact that you're a member should not have you exempt from the rules, much the opposite indeed, members should be held to a higher standard. Either make a post about it in the Ban Requests/Appeals forum, or if you feel that it should be dealt with more discreetly, message one of the regular admins (Maestro, TheDude, Tsunami, Cink) i was not a member at the time nor did i know who the admins were, its pretty confusing who is admin and who isn't unless u've been there long enough. when i first joined the server i assumed anyone with .gc in their name was admin but that's not the case. other servers usually list their admins in the messages or color code admin chat messages so people know they are admins. i dont know the player as a regular but i knew they were a member because someone who was a member tried to votekick them but it said they had immunity. so thats when i assume they are also member.

if this thread was not to take my claim away why else is it here? i havent been off minecraft as long as some of the other people before me, i dont see him making threads about their land claims. it is clear walkingcat just wants my land or wants to pick at me in an attempt to irritate me. u cant have either. =]

u left in the middle of the conversation so why bother to explain when u didnt show any interest in compromising/listening. yes i still want my land. i moved most of my stuff to crasx house so we can use it.

tried this, didn't like it. unless both teams co-op hardcore its boring.

my coaster is but a dead dream now on the server...i wanted to make something massive similar to this, different themes, but i dont have the land i want/need anymore. so one of you other guys make something like that.

played with merc plenty of times, he's not one to be votekickin left and right for no reason from what i seen. people with bot names should be auto renamed "poopie face."

Not sure what happened in this particular case but just curious, admins don't have freeze option on server? If not, maybe add it. I think sometimes it's easier just to freeze everyone and do scrambles or whatever instead of telling cause sometimes people listen to music and they don't hear any of the game sounds or they aren't paying attention because they might not know an admin is the one saying some things so they're like whatever.

the moment i accidentally deleted my claim no one was on though. i went to reclaim then i saw it. it wasnt like i accidentally unclaimed then on a different day i went back to reclaim and during that time he reclaimed. not sure if you guys have logs of it, but I was the only one on for a while yesterday night. just gonna claim all the land around his, just gonna be tedious =\

I did look there before I planned where to do all my stuff, biggs, I think, linked me the first time i joined the server.

I wanted just one big mass in that area cause the varied biomes[Also cause I started a dungeon under my house and I planned on expanding under that region], but because he took that village, im gonna have to do all the area around him >.> Same name, Oakgyrl510. So are you saying some lands are already claimed and don't appear to be for people who use to be on the server? Cause that sucks then, how do I know if the land I'm on is already claimed or not then? I don't wanna come back one day only to find that an older member built their claim there before I did and now all my stuff is theirs. So overall, it's not the npc village I care about, but the region of land above and below since I've already settled in the area. Move his NPC village to another area lol XD

Dunno who you are on forums or forgot so...How did u claim that npc village near my house, i claimed half of it and accidentally unclaimed my house then was gonna go claim it again but then you already took it? no one is on the server right now [11:51 PM 2/18/13]>.< so it must have happened before I went back to the village and before I accidentally unclaimed my house area. Or was there something added that I can't claim npc village and that's admin or something...sadface.jpg
